We’ll find out tomorrow what the rest of Europe thinks of us, when Ukraine hosts the finals of the Eurovision Song Contest. There is a long tradition of bloc voting, with the Nordic countries voting for each other, as do the Balkans. But now, with Brexit on the horizon, and Russia not entering this year, the competition will have a new whipping boy.
