There is no time limit on an Islamic death sentence. And now, 34 years later, he has been stabbed, on stage, before giving a talk in upstate New York. Through a combination of violence and victimhood, Muslims have already killed 59 people for their involvement in the editing, printing, publishing and marketing of a literary novel, which they deem to be “blasphemous" and "offensive".
